Terms And Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTER AS FREELANCER IN CODERMALL.COM. CONTINUE TO PROCEED INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OTHERWISE, PLEASE PRESS THE "NO, I DO NOT AGREE" BUTTON TO BACK TO THE HOME PAGE.

1. Eligibility
You must be a Malaysian Citizen or Malaysian permanent resident.
If you are foreigner, then you much have a Valid Employment Pass issued by Malaysia government.
A minimum academic qualification and good grades in the subjects that you offer give service request.

2. Subscription fee
There is no subscription fee for registration and become a standard freelancer /service buyer member.

3. Commission
Codermall.com is entitled to a 10% (for standard member) or 35% (for premium member) of the agreed 15% commision fee.
You are responsibility to pay the commission to us within 14 days after received the commission fee.
If you fail to settle your commission by the due date, your member account will be suspended for non-payment and you will not be able to access your account.
If we still haven't receive any commission from you after 30 days we suspended your account, your account will automatically be deleted from our system and your name will be blacklisted on the front page of our website.
Any attempt to cheat or deprive Codermall.com of its legal share of commission, will result in legal actions being taken.

4. Termination/Cancellation of freelancing Job
The minimum commitment period is 1 month. If you terminate a freelancing job within the first month, you will still need to pay the committed commission to us, even you are not receive the project payment.
48 hours notice before the committed lesson start time is require given to the service buyer if you are unable to commit the freelancing request. A valid reason must also be given on notification. You will be excused if the service buyer accept your reason given.
Cancellation without a notice and valid reason with cause your member account to be revoked.
If the service buyer is un-satisfied with your work and prematurely terminates the service request, you will also need to pay us the committed percentage as a commission from total agreeable commission for all your service hours. However, if the reason for the service buyer's termination is due to your fault as a freelancer (eg. you are unable to perform accordingly, did not fulfill the service request without any valid explanation, etc), you will bear the full commission charge.

5. Disclaimer
Codermall.com is just a freelancing referral service provider only and not responsible for the services/work quality provided by freelancer. Each freelancer is solely responsible for their working ethics, arranging project's schedule, paying all taxes on income earned, and all other issues and responsibilities related to outsourcing process. Codermall.com does not keep records of the number of freelancer and projects taken with registered freelancer.
Codermall.com will not be responsible for resolving any conflict or disagreement that may arise between the freelancer and service buyer.
Codermall.com reserves the right to add, modify or delete any information on this website at any time without notice.
